Title: Buffalo Chicken Strips
For the sauce: In a small saucepan over low heat, mix together everything but the chicken. Let this mixture simmer, stirring occasionally, while you prepare chicken.
Cut chicken into strips.
Place 1/2 of the sauce in a small bowl and lightly brush over chicken strips.
Place strips on a prepared baking sheet and bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
To serve, place chicken strips on plate and serve extra (reserved) sauce on the side.
