Use your finger to form a well in the flour where you will pour the yeast.
Measure the yeast and carefully pour it into the well.
Snap the baking pan into the bread maker and close the lid.
Press the “Menu Select” button to choose the French setting.
Press the “Loaf Size” button to choose 2 lb.
Press the “Crust Color” button to choose desired crust.
Press the “Start/Stop” button.
