Title: Meaty Pasta Sauce
In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook onion, and garlic in oil and butter until onion starts to soften, 5 minutes.
Pour in pureed tomatoes.
Stir in meat, chopped tomato, basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, Tuscan Seasoning, water, bullion, celery salt and balsamic vinegar.
Place bay leaf in pot.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 2 hours, stirring about every 15 minutes to avoid sticking and burning.
Stir in tomato paste and simmer an additional 2 hours, stirring about every 15 minutes.
Discard bay leaf and serve.
